With all the necessary 42 new molding ( where one more molding was added ) constructions were finished last week, we are pleased to announce the T1 "Test-One" status on some of the said moldings here to let all of you have an immediate preview on the progress of this sophisticated project.
The T1 test is just a raw testing out of the already-finished moldings, where certain plastic sinkage and parking-line flash are found. They need further follow-up and such modification has been working in progress since early April.
At the same time, MECHANICORE has started to perform the 1st overall assembly using the T1 moldings as mentioned above. Out of this pioneer assembly, a lot of paper works focusing on the SNAP FITNESS aspect will be generated thereafter. They will be served to various related contractors for their follow-up actions. They will make necessary reformation works on related moldings in response to every request stated on the documents. Then it will come the T2 during Early-May to End-May one by one molding.
Finally, an additional gimmick of this project is an introduction of the "Industrial Metallic Surface Painting" instead of "Electroplated-Coating" this time. The technology is a skill in the surface finishing of the MG Hyaku -Shiki 2.0 indeed, the paint layer is far thinner and the shinning effect looks smart.
